Returns & Refunds
At this time, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Each product is carefully tested for safety and meets all applicable standards. To help you find the right scent, we offer smaller sample sizes on select items.

Damaged Orders
We package every order with intention and care. If your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help.
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a brief description of the issue. We’ll do our very best to make it right.

Candle Care & Safety

Creating a calm, safe space is at the heart of what we do. Please follow these simple guidelines to get the most from your candle:

General Safety

  • Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time

  • Always keep candles within sight while burning

  • Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials

Cotton Wick Care

  • Trim wick to ¼ inch before each burn

  • If the flame becomes too high or begins to smoke:

    • Extinguish the candle

    • Let it cool completely

    • Trim the wick before relighting

Wood Wick Care

  • Your wick is pre-trimmed for the first burn

  • Before each burn after that, gently remove the charred portion by pinching it off

Burn Guidance

  • Allow your candle to burn for a full 4 hours on the first burn

  • A full melt pool may take 3–4 burns - this is a natural characteristic of coconut wax and part of a slower, more intentional burn
